An adaptation of this famous piece of film music, with the themes on trumpets and trombones in question-and-answer style as on the recorded arrangement. The main string parts have been given to the keyboards this time, producing a 'big' sound. A very exciting concert number! Arranged for 5444 big band, complete with score and parts. [Incidentally, those famous introductory chords are: Fm9(maj7) - Cbmaj7 - Am9 - Bbm(maj7) - Fadd9. Our arranger, David Kear, recently did several arrangements for a James Bond PVG folio, and pointed out to the publisher that in their piano arrangement of this piece two of these chords were wrong. We were pleased to hear that they have been corrected in the reprinted folio.]
